    I can’t see a skilled wrestler holding the head and arm with that loose of
    a grip. That first move looks like a good way to get caught in a triangle
    choke.

    i learnt the baseball slide one, and after you do the baseball slide you
    hold their arm lean back and sort of twist their arm and tap them out. just
    a suggestion. lol
